Capabilities
Summit Machine has grown rapidly since 2003 by following one simple rule: set the industry standard for value in complex machining.
Built for complex. Engineered for efficiency.
Our experienced workforce is cross-trained to complete their own set-ups, eliminating waste and non-value-added processing time. A flexible workforce allows us to adapt quickly to customer demand and delivery schedules.
Every effort is made to improve cycle times, reducing lead times and costs. Less machining time extends tool life, adding to efficiency and increased output. We pride ourselves on applying continuous improvement techniques in every facet of our business.
We are happy to create customized quotations and will offer suggestions if we believe we can save you time and money.
Components from 2″ (50.8mm) OD up to 100″ (2540mm) OD — seamless rolled rings, forgings, shafts, bar stock, and castings.
SolidWorks, NX, and Vericut. Native 3D CAD model conversion supported.
Parts are programmed, manufactured, and inspected to the same customer-supplied model using Browne & Sharpe PC-DMIS.
What we machine
Seamless rolled rings, open and closed die forgings, shafts, bar stock, and castings made from the following alloys and metals represent the majority of products we machine.

HNK NT 16/20 — Waspaloy LPT Case, 66″ OD × 24″ LG
Complex geometry, handled.
Our SNK CMV-150 delivers 5-axis simultaneous milling across a 79″ × 60″ × 67″ work envelope — capable of tackling the most demanding structural and rotational aerospace components in a single setup.
